Author Biography
X.J. Kennedy has published numerous works for children, including more than ten collections of verse and two novels over the past two decades. He lives in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Illustrator Biography
Philippe Béha Internationally acclaimed artist Philippe Béha studied fine arts in Strasbourg, France. A member of the prestigious Royal Canadian Academy of Arts, he has illustrated more than 100 books for kids. He won the Mr. Christie's Book Award and the Governor General's Award. He also won the BC Book Prize for The King Has Goat Ears, published by Tradewind Books. He lives in Montreal with his wife, two daughters, two cats and a dog.
