Kwai-Yun Li
Biography
Kwai-Yun Li was born in Calcutta after her Hakka parents emigrated from Moi-yen, China. She grew up in Chattawalla Gully, in the old part of the city. She wrote The Palm Leaf Fan and co-authored A Kiss Beside the Monkey Bars. She is presently studying at the University of Toronto.
